Self acceptance starting here

I've been having ideas, and starting, and letting things end for decades due to anxiety, distractions, self doubt, and perfectionism. Here is my attempt to challenge these things by putting my self and my imperfection out there, normalizing perfectionism struggles and hopefully inspire you to do the same. 

I'll be bringing my background as a mental health counselor  and as someone who has been in my own therapy for a professional view of processing perfectionism.
